Project Description

Full day Moholoholo Wildlife Re-habilitation Center and

Hoedspruit Endangered Species Center (Cheetah Breeding Center)

This is a unique combination where you get to look at what is being done to rehabilitate animals and particularly birds which have been injured, poisoned or orphaned. Enter walk-in aviaries containing crowned eagles, vultures, fish eagles and many other raptors. Walk among orphaned wildebeest, stroke leopard cubs, play with a honey badger, look eye to eye with a lion, all at Moholoholo, then move onto the Cheetah Project which is only a 45 minute drive away.

This is a unique project, which conducts essential research on endangered species and provides guests the opportunity to view animals that have found a home here, in their natural surroundings. View the King Cheetah, wild dog and other endangered species.
