Botswana is a country with vast open spaces, and is covered by the Kalagadi Desert - a semi-desert. It is the country where the river ends in the desert and forms the Okavango Swamps, home to teaming wildlife, animals and birds; a truly beautiful nature experince. Zambia and Zimbabwe are famous for the Victoria Falls which resides on the Zambezi river. To behold “the smoke that thunders”, or Mosai oa Tunya, as it is named by the Mokalolo people, is an unforgettable experience. Visitors stand spell bound listening to the unending roar of water hurtling into the one hundred meter deep chasm.
